Representatives from each partner organisation were present and the discussions were productive.
Ljubljana Meeting March 2022
Face to Face Meeting
UCAN Productions, Društvo Humanitas, CuBuFoundation and Mess Up The Mess Theatre Company met in Ljubljana in March 2022. Being together in the “Theatre as inclusive practice” project is such an enormous privilege for all! An amazing atmosphere of sharing, learning from each other and profoundly enjoying every minute spent together! We planned our next steps thoroughly and gained some very useful visual awareness training. We made a schedule for the forthcoming Cardiff event, where all four groups will come together in Wales in August 2022. We can’t wait to get that same energy and good vibes back into a common physical space.
Cardiff Meeting August 2022
Face to Face Meeting
The Theatre as inclusive practice Erasmus+ project came to Cardiff between 19th and 25th August 2022, building skills via international theatre workshops and preparing an amazing performance.
The whole week was charged with building ourselves brick by brick and adding to our emotional toolbox for the sake of inclusion through theatre. Following 2.5 days of training, delivered by the partners’ teams of youth workers, the young participants created a performance, which triggered thoughts, emotional response and action in relation to the topics of exclusion and inclusion.
All the partners attended the event, accompanied by groups of young people involved in the local training processes taking place in Bulgaria, Slovenia and Wales.
Plovdiv Meeting February 2023

On the 16th-17th of February, the TIP partnership held it’s last project staff meeting in Plovdiv. The meeting was hosted by CubuFoundation. Representatives from CuBuFoundation, Mess up the Mess and UCAN joined the meeting in person, whilst Humanitas joined the discussions online. Finalisation of the project’s outstanding tasks, as well as Multiplier events were the primary points, as well as the impact that the project has had.
